Some children feel overwhelmed by noise, lights, crowds or unexpected touch. This play day is built around that. The room is calm, the sounds are low, and families can come and go whenever they need.
There are soft-play corners, movement stations with gentle equipment, and a sensory room with dim lights and weighted blankets. Trained facilitators are on hand, but nobody is asked to join anything they do not want to.
Two things to know before you come: the sensory room has limited seats, so it runs in short slots, and parents are asked to stay with their child throughout.
